So I guess the thing is that its a programming issue. The All-Star moves had trouble working online, so they have been removed.

I was online not too long ago, and it is true, they aren't online. I don't look at it as a bad thing, since its so chaotic as it is. Anyways...

What's to discuss? I wanted to kill people with Eggman's rockets!!! But seriously, I guess if it makes the game run better for people who can ACTUALLY play online, then it's a good thing. Smile
